Me dirigo a vosotros hermanos scouts para deciros que no importa la raza, creencia o color de pañoleta de cada uno, ya que todos somos scouts, tenemos los mismos principios, las mismas leyes, el mismo espíritu. Nuestro espíritu, el escultismo.
Tu y yo somos hermanos sin discriminación de ningún tipo personas de color, asiáticas, europeas, sudamericanas, africanas todos somos iguales. La pañoleta de cada uno de nosotros en términos generales simboliza lo mismo, que yo cuido de ti y tu cuidas de mi, que yo vivo el escultismo como el gran Baden Powell nos enseño y tu también lo haces.
I'm writing to you, sisters and brothers scouts to tell you that no matter what race, creed or color scarf each of us wear, we are all scouts, we have the same principles, the same law, the same promise and the same spirit: our spirit, scouting.
We are brothers without discrimination of the color of the skin, asian, european, southamerican, african, we are all equal.
